How quickly can you help the rabbit get to the clover patch?!

 

Cut out the game pieces to use flat or with their correlating stands.

 

Pair with sensory or small world play setups and use with included game board pages.

 

Game 1: Letter Names and Sounds

-Have your child choose a rabbit game piece to move through the game board page.

-Have your child go in order starting at the first letter pair to say the letter name then sound, then moving their rabbit game piece to the next letter pair.

-Or pair with dice & have your child roll and count the number of places to move forward, then state the letter name and sound they land on.

-Or call out letters at random and have your child move to that space and state the letter sound.

-Can also have your child go through and point to lowercase and uppercase letters.

 

Game 2:

-Have your child choose a rabbit game piece to move through the game board page.

-Have your child go in order starting at the first sight word to sound out each letter to form the word, then move their rabbit game piece to the next sight word.

-Or pair with dice & have your child roll and count the number of places to move forward, then read the sight word they land on.

-Or call out words at random and have your child spell the word on a separate piece of paper or dry erase board, then find the word on the board page and check their spelling.

-Can also laminate or put in sheet protector and have your child go through and number the words to put them in alphabetical order.
